When integrated with AMH, Library Mate 5000 handles returns. Patrons simply place items into the return tunnel where a conveyor transports them directly onto the sorter, which automatically routes the items to their correct destination. At the same time, the status of the returned items is updated in real time within your ILS/LMS. This flexibility allows you to streamline your workflows, reduce staff workload, and offer self-service tailored to your operational needs.
