After acquiring mk Solutions’ North American division, Lyngsoe Systems Inc. is now the official distributor of mk solutions products, providing sales, service, and support across the region.

Building on established success in North America, this acquisition allows us to expand our product portfolio and deliver mk’s innovative library technology with the same local expertise and reliable support our customers have come to expect.

What does this mean for you as a mk solutions customer?

At this time, all existing mk Solutions customers have been personally contacted to inform about the changes and have started the transition to Lyngsoe’s service platforms and systems.

Outstanding project deliveries will still be completed by mk, now in cooperation with Lyngsoe, with the same spirit of putting customers first. mk Solutions' European and further international operations remain unchanged.

It is a top priority for us at Lyngsoe to ensure a smooth process for existing mk customers and to maintain continuity in products, service, and support.

To preserve the knowledge and experience that has been built up within mk Solutions, their service employees will continue as part of Lyngsoe’s expert service team.

Key points for mk customers:

• mk Solutions products, specifications, and quality remain the same, now supported by a stronger U.S.-based organization
• There will be no disruption to existing North American customers or ongoing projects. These will be fulfilled in a joint effort of the mk and Lyngsoe teams.
• Sales, service, and support will now be handled by Lyngsoe Systems
